Recently we got "Broad"band @ /home, a 512 Kbps ADSL PPP over ATM connection (with a USB modem), I am fully operational from home, and the obvious next move is to be "On Air", We have three Centrino laptops & a desktop which wish to surf the air waves..... the search for a good "WiFi" router is on, currently I am exploring the options available to find out the one which suits my needs, If you are already "On Air", your $0.02 are most welcome....
Again, it has been a long time since I wrote last (late_post_count++, guess I am too lazy...)... Still I am in Melbourne, plans changed and my stay was extended so I got some more time to enjoy this beautiful place... A lot happened since I wrote last..have been to many places and events... Well, no trip to Australia can ever be complete without experiencing its wonderful fauna which is very different from rest of the world, animals you get to see no where else and one of the best places...
Very near to my place, at Federation Square which is kind of hub of arts, music, cultural and various other activities in Melbourne, an aussie music band known as The Regurgitator is locked in a glass house/box for three weeks and they are trying to come up with a music album in those three weeks... They have got lots of music gear inside plus everything they need for their day to day use... they have even got some xbox's loadedwith Halo 9(MS Xbox is one of the sponsors of the event)...
